Has 180 chapters across the country. The Wai Panchagani Chapter,Started in 2014 has been involved a variety of programmes and activities that have helped promote the cause of INTACH and heritage conservation. Objectives of Intach Wai - Panchagani chapter are
- Cherish and protect the common heritage in Wai-Panchagani Area.
- Care for the conservations of the local environment.
- Spread concern and a sense of belonging among the local communities.
- Protect the Krishna river from pollution and create awareness among local to keep river clean.
- Create and stimulate awareness among the public to the preservation of cultural,natural and man-made heritage in the area.
- To undertake necessary measures for the preservation with respect to the needs as for traditional arts,crafts,ideas,techniques,publications,appeals etc.
- Uphold INTACH's goals and mission to conserve heritage.
- Implementation of cultural and heritage activities in the school and create awareness in preservation and restoration of heritage structures in surrounding area.
